Nature's Abstract Art - Storm Clouds

One of my favorite subjects to photograph are storm clouds as they seem like abstract art in motion. They will flow, swirl, create fantastic designs and then change within minutes. Everybody sees something different in each cloud formation and the fun part is that you can let your imagination run wild.

Light At The End Of The Tunnel
The sunlight briefly illuminates the side of a large storm cloud like it is showing the way to the other side.
Misty Twists
A white cloud drops out of a large dark cloud formation to stand out in the storm filled sky.
Another Dimension
A fast moving swirling cloud opens a portal to another dimension for a brief moment. (At least that is what I see in these clouds.)

Breaking Wave
This fast moving cloud formation rolled across the sky like a breaking wave coming in from the ocean.
Wispy Wanderers
A wonderful afternoon of fast moving clouds create a amazing display of contrasting form and shapes.

Outer Limits
Fast moving clouds rise up high into the sky to create an amazing cloudscape of contrasting forms, shapes and textures.
